Our products are sourced locally. You should be able to receive your products the next day. It will take longer, if you have to add, change items. For urgent orders, like really urgent orders, please whatsapp us before placing your orders.
Due to the nature of our products, we use only our own refrigerated trucks. Plus, we carefully pack our products with ice. So even when our delivery guy is outside carrying your package to your home, your products stays cool, especially your oysters.
There will be a 12.99$SGD delivery charge. Oyster Self Collection is free of charge.
We work with chefs that use these products every day for their own customers. Contact us with any questions, we may be able to help you with tips, recipe etc…
Our platform is not yet ready to allow order modifications. You may place another order to add more items to your initial order, please contact us to avoid additional delivery charges.
For any reasons, you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and before the initial delivery date of your order, we will try to accommodate.

Our team processes your refund in our system at the time of the cancellation request. The fund is sent back to you the same way you have paid your order initially. It takes about 3-5 days, depending on your bank. If you have not received anything after 5 days, you may contact us again.
PayPal and major credit cards are accepted, or opt for Direct bank transfer, Paylah, Paynow.
We use PayPal and Stripe to handle the payment transactions, and as such, we do not store your financial information on our site.
We only cater and deliver to and within Singapore.
