For orders below 150$SGD, there will be a 15$SGD delivery charge.
We only cater and deliver to and within Singapore.
PayPal and major credit cards are accepted, direct bank transfer.
Our products are flown directly from France, please allow us at least 3 working days to process your order then ship them to you.
Due to the nature of the products, it is difficult for us to cancel an order. please contact our sales representative at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to assist you with alternative options.
We strongly advise our customers to check your products upon delivery. Any doubts? Please email us at email@example.com, especially if it is related to the product quality.
Our platform is not yet ready to allow order modifications. If you need to add a few items to your order, please contact our sales representative at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We use PayPal and Stripe to handle the payment transactions, and as such, we do not store your financial information on our site.
Our specialist will process your order and will keep you informed on its status from order confirmation to final delivery.
