It’s probably one of the laziest yet mind-blowing recipes we have ever cooked. All it takes is 30min total.

Ingredients for 4pax:
600g Salmon fillet Skin On cut
2 tablespoon of coarse mustard
2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper
3 lemon slices

Mix all mustard and honey together in a bowl, set aside.
Rinse and pat dry salmon fillets
In a baking dish, line tin foil, then baking paper or spray a bit of oil.
Place fillet and brush generously with the mustard sauce.
Put the lemon slices on top.
Bake 15min in oven 210 Celsius degree or until it’s cooked through.

Serve with steam veggies or white rice or couscous mix.
